GREASE HOOD FILTER EXCHANGE

Kitchens produce greasy exhaust, clogging filters and causing odors and code violations. Filta Kleen replaces hood filters weekly, biweekly, or monthly, easing filter maintenance and preventing smelly or hazardous filters.

Clogged filters leak grease and pollutants into exhaust systems, leading to costly repairs and potential restaurant shutdowns. Regular cleaning and inspection keep exhaust systems efficient and cost-effective.

Our fee depends on the number of filters exchanged, all meeting MEA and UL standards. We replace damaged or unfit filters with equivalent ones, offering various types including galvanized, stainless steel, Captive Aire, Halton, and Accurex.

Make sure your kitchen is in compliance. Filta Kleen bears a certificate of fitness from the FDNY so if you want to make sure your kitchen is in compliance, we’re the ones to call. We’ll do a full inspection and note any issues.

If you’re a landlord, we’ll make sure your tenants are in compliance and meet all DEP, BIC and FDNY regulations. Before you purchase that new location, we’ll make sure the kitchen is up to code.

Insurance companies may not accept a claim if a kitchen exhaust system is found to be out of compliance. We’ll conduct a custom survey of the entire system and provide a detailed report of everything you need to know.
